  • I recently purchased this machine and basically love it. My 2 complaints..1. .the light is very poor by the needle (shadow is cast) 2. Doesn’t go thru 4 layers of cotton very easily. I was making a small crossbody purse and it just couldn’t handle 4 thin layers of cotton 🙁

    • That was also another reason returned the machine. Mine went running on for at least 5 stitches after taking my foot off the pedal. I had such high hopes. The machine has all those stitches. When I called about it ‘running on’ I was told it was normal and that I needed to get use to it. My Brother and my JUKI do not do that. They (at Spiegel) didn’t seem to care. As you can see I wrote in the response previously and NO ONE got back to me.
