Celebrate Thanksgiving with a gratitude-inspired journal… perfect as a gift or for yourself! While Thanksgiving is often associated with food, football and Black Friday sales, it’s also a time to stop and acknowledge the things we can be thankful for. — Sara Naumann
One way to do this is with a Gratitude Journal. This is something I do in my own morning journaling practice. Each day, I jot down a few things I’m grateful for from the day before. Sometimes these are big things, but most often it’s little stuff, like meeting a friend for coffee or starting a new book. It’s a good way to start (or finish) a day.
So whether you celebrate Thanksgiving in the traditional sense or not, practising gratitude is a pretty good habit to get into! (Oh, yes… this project is also a great one to do with kids or teens!)
